"Smart Hello" is a reservation management system that allows you to smoothly handle everything from reservations to check-in and usage management.

Details of the collaboration

Previously, customers

were required to use two types of QR codes: a QR code for checking in when entering the store
a QR code for logging into the AIGIA system at the batting cage

However, with this update, you can with just one QR code

Benefits of using it

・Check-in is completed in one go, allowing for smooth entry to the store.

・Login at the batting cage can also be completed using the same QR code

. ・Improved convenience for both customers and stores.
